I finally found this spot after hearing about it from few ppl. And the buzz is true! They do bake fresh bárbari and sangak bread. They have all your standard Persian food pantry needs and more. I also heard soon they will be serving freshly cooked meals. few things to keep in mind. They bake Tuesday to Saturday fresh bread but Sunday Monday they only have refrigerated once. also they start baking sangak in the am and bárbari in the afternoon 4ish I believe. So call them before you go so you won't be mad for no reason. ;) we tried their fresh sangak and let's just say one loaf didn't make it home. it was delicious! I would highly recommend this place and staff member working Was "dreamy" ;) thank you honey for all your help and information.

Noosh Bakery is a hidden gem, boasting an exquisite collection of Persian treasures sourced directly from Iran. The owner radiates warmth, and her staff exude friendliness, adding to the inviting ambiance. And let's not forget their delicious Barbari bread, a must-try for any visitor. A word of advice: it's best to call ahead and request that they reserve some Barbari bread for you. I've learned this the hard way after a few times of missing out because they ran out quickly.

This place has quite a few negative reviews and maybe it's just been their off times when people have visited? I know service anywhere can be hit or miss...but can we talk about how dang delicious and affordable these mile long fresh baked Persian breads are?! I mean, it's practically unheard of nowadays to get something like this for so cheap! They have two types of fresh bread, the sagnak and the barbary. They are both delicious, and loved by the adults and children alike in my family. My husband is Arab and he put me onto this delicious bread. He loves it slathered with lebne (kefir cheese) and zatar. I've also enjoyed it dipped in olive oil and zatar, but I really enjoy it with either some almond butter and honey drizzled on top or to make a mean almond butter and jelly toast with it. It's. So. Good! There have been a few occasions that we've been unlucky enough to arrive when the bread has just been sold out, note to self: they allow orders to be placed in advance over the phone. I mean literally we showed up one day to see a patron walking out to their car with their arms full to the brim and to their eyebrows loading fluffy piles of goodness into their trunk. *Cue sad face and worlds tiniest violin* Bummer for us, the drive to this side of town on Flamingo is not close for us, but it's worth the trek and super easy to hoard these yummy breads, because you can stick it in the freezer what you can't gobble down on the drive if you have the space for that much bread (remember I said mile long?!) They have two entrances, one that leads right to where the magical bread is baked and laid out on racks, and another door that leads to a grocery type space that sells your goodies like lebne, jars of pickles (without yellow dye if you happen to read labels like we do) and some desserts like baklava, and dried goods. They accept cash, credit and EBT, and word to the wise there's no bread on certain days I believe Monday and Tuesday? Give them a call before you head over to avoid any disappointments. Will be back soon, as on this visit they were out of sagnak so we snagged a couple Barbary and we're good for another couple weeks.
